We hope these more regular news updates from the committee are helpful and that the more regular communication is welcome. Your feedback and questions are appreciated – please keep them coming and also let us know what you would like to see more or less of in Northmarque News.

Tom Sturme – Chair

We are pleased to welcome Tom Sturme to the Executive and the position of Chair. Tom was previously a member of the committee. Tom brings a weatlh of professional experience and knowledge across logistics, process management and complex coordination to the role of Chair. These skills will be useful as we are working to streamline process and find efficiencies.

Sue Moloney – Member

Sue Moloney has also joined as a committee member. Sue has an extensive background in management with a particular focus on legal practices. This experience will also support the work of the committee in ensuring that our systems and policies are best practice and compliant with the requirements.

Welcome Tom and Sue!

We have had a few questions about when notices for the December levies will be issued. In case you missed it in the last edition of Northmarque News, changing Body Corporate Managers has delayed these being sent to Lot owners. These should be issued in January.

We are not able to confirm the exact amount due at this time, however, we expect it to be a similar amount as the December 2024 instalment.

Inspections will be conducted between Wed 17–Dec–2025 and Fri 19–Dec–2025

EPM Pest Control will be working in the complex to complete the annual visual termite inspection between between Wed 17–Dec–2025 and Fri 19–Dec–2025.

An Entry Notice will be delivered to residents soon to notify them that internal access to Lots is required to complete the inspection.

How the inspection is completed

EPM Pest Control's technicians identify signs of termite activity and assess potential risks using a range of physical and electronic detection techniques.

Reporting

We have used EPM Pest Control for several years to conduct inspections. A key benefit of their service is that an individual report will be provided for each Lot that includes any issues and expert recommendations to keep your property protected.
