Communication processes

Many owners and residents are members of the Northmarque community chat on WhatsApp. This chat is not operated by the Body Corporate or the committee and is not an official communication channel.

For any body corporate questions or support, the easiest way for owners and residents to contact us is by emailing community@northmarque.net or one of the other email addresses listed below, rather than using WhatsApp.

BC Systems and Body Corporate Manager communication

We’re pleased to let you know that the transition to BC Systems is going smoothly, and we expect to be ready to hold our Annual General Meeting in January 2026. In the meantime, we have now confirmed how owners and residents can get in touch with BC Systems for all body corporate matters.

Staying in touch

To keep things simple, owners and residents can use the same details they already use for any enquiry or support request. The main email address is community@northmarque.net and there are additional options for different types of requests listed below.

Using this process means your message will reach the right person more quickly and can be tracked from start to finish. It also supports good governance and record‑keeping for the body corporate and helps keep management costs down for all owners.
